Our Story
From 1993 to Today, Three Decades of Trust. Ten Years of Facility Excellence.
J P Associates was founded in 1993 with a focus on general business services, and the trust we built over those first two decades became the foundation for everything that followed.
In 2016, we formally launched our facility management services division in Gujarat, bringing the same standards of care and discipline to a sector that badly needed both. As our clients grew and trusted us with more, so did we. Today, J P Associates is a pan-India integrated facility management company with offices in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Pune, with active operations across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Delhi and neighbouring states.
What began as a focused housekeeping team has grown into a comprehensive integrated services enterprise, now serving 50+ clients and 3,000+ trained professionals, delivering everything from soft services and technical maintenance to security, business services, production support and India's first women-driven EV mobility initiative, ChauffHER™.

1993
J P Associates Founded
J P Associates is established in Gujarat, laying the foundation with over two decades of trusted business experience that would later shape our facility management values.
2016
Facility Management Services Launch
Formal launch of our Facility Management Services division in Gujarat, delivering housekeeping and soft services to local corporates and institutions with structured SOPs from day one.
2018
Maharashtra Expansion
Opened offices in Mumbai and Pune, bringing our facility management model to Maharashtra with technical services, HVAC, BMS and energy management as new capabilities.
2023
ChauffHER™ Launch
India's first women-driven EV corporate transport initiative is launched in Ahmedabad, combining our ESG commitment with meaningful employment for women chauffeurs.
2024
Rajasthan & Delhi Expansion
Operations extend into Rajasthan and Delhi NCR, strengthening our pan-India footprint and establishing regional teams in each new geography.
2026
Continued Pan-India Growth
Continued expansion across key Indian states with a formal ESG framework adopted across all six service verticals, with measurable sustainability targets for 2030.
