Our Story
From Gujarat to Pan-India — Two Decades of Facility Excellence
J P Associates was born from a simple but powerful belief: that every space, when managed with genuine care and professional expertise, becomes a place where people can do their very best work.
We began in Gujarat, offering focused housekeeping and soft services to local businesses. As our clients grew and trusted us with more, so did we. Today, J P Associates is a pan-India integrated facility management company with offices in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Pune — and active operations spanning 10+ states across the country.
What began as a lean team of facility professionals has grown into a comprehensive integrated services enterprise, delivering everything from soft services and technical maintenance, to security, business services, production support and India's first women-driven EV mobility initiative — ChauffHER™.

Founded
J P Associates is established in Gujarat with a focused team delivering soft services — housekeeping and facility support — to local businesses.
Maharashtra Expansion
Offices opened in Mumbai and Pune, bringing our integrated facility management model to Maharashtra's corporate and industrial markets.
Technical Vertical
Launch of our technical services division — HVAC, electrical, BMS and energy management — making JP a true integrated FM provider.
ChauffHER™ Launch
India's first women-driven EV corporate transport initiative is launched, combining our ESG commitment with meaningful women's employment.
