Ahmedabad, April 2025 — J P Associates announced the expansion of its operational footprint to five additional Indian states, bringing its total pan-India presence to 10+ states. Regional operations managers have been appointed across each new geography, ensuring clients receive the same quality of service in new markets as in established ones.

The Managing Director commented: “Our clients increasingly require a facility management partner who can follow them as they grow across India. This expansion ensures we can deliver the same standard of integrated service — soft services, technical, security and business services — wherever their next facility is located. We are building a truly national FM company, state by state.”

The expansion is backed by a recruitment drive across all five states and the establishment of local supply chain partnerships.

Pune, February 2025 — ChauffHER, J P Associates' women-driven EV corporate transport initiative, has officially launched in Pune following successful deployments in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The launch adds 20 trained female chauffeurs, each having completed the 15-day professional chauffeur certification programme covering defensive driving, customer service, route navigation and emergency response.

The Pune launch serves five corporate clients across Viman Nagar, Kharadi and Hinjewadi IT corridors. The ChauffHER General Manager said: “Pune's IT sector has a large female workforce who commute long distances daily. ChauffHER gives them a commute they can trust — zero emission, driven by a trained woman, with real-time GPS tracking and a panic button.”

Mumbai, December 2024 — J P Associates has signed a multi-year Integrated Facility Management contract with a leading pharmaceutical group for four manufacturing sites across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The contract covers soft services, technical O&M, EHS programme support and security services.

This marks J P Associates' entry into full-scale GMP facility management. Site-specific cleaning validation procedures, GMP-aligned training programmes and dedicated documentation systems have been developed for this engagement. The Head of Operations noted: “Pharmaceutical FM is a different discipline. We have built the specific capabilities — validated procedures, trained people, robust documentation — that this sector demands.”

Ahmedabad, October 2024 — J P Associates has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification following a rigorous independent third-party audit covering service delivery processes, documentation, client feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement systems.

The Head of Quality commented: “ISO 9001:2015 reflects a fundamental commitment to process discipline — that every service, at every site, is governed by a written procedure, monitored by a supervisor and reviewed for improvement. Our clients now have independent assurance of that commitment.” J P Associates is working towards ISO 14001 Environmental and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety certifications next.

New Delhi, August 2024 — ChauffHER was recognised at the India Green Mobility Forum for its innovative contribution to sustainable urban mobility and women's economic participation. The initiative was highlighted as a model demonstrating that commercial viability, environmental responsibility and social impact can be achieved simultaneously within a single mobility service.

The Forum highlighted ChauffHER's three-pillar impact: environmental (zero-emission EV fleet), social (professional employment for women chauffeurs) and economic (cost-effective corporate transport). The team is also exploring franchise and licensing opportunities for other Indian cities.

Ahmedabad, June 2024 — J P Associates has formally adopted an enterprise-wide ESG framework covering all six service verticals, with specific targets: 50% reduction in operational carbon emissions by 2030, 100% electric vehicle adoption in all mobility services, and training 1,000 women as professional facility managers and chauffeurs by 2030.

The Founder commented: “India's corporate sector increasingly requires FM partners to demonstrate measurable sustainability commitments. Our ESG framework ensures we hold ourselves to the same standards we help our clients achieve.” An annual ESG report will be published from FY2025 onwards.
